The Model 6270 onboard air system takes Kleinn’s legendary engineering and packs it into our most space-saving layout. Explicitly optimized for tight installations and compact Kleinn air horns, this system delivers continuous, high-pressure pneumatic security without demanding massive frame alterations. For builds utilizing larger, multi-bell locomotive horn racks, we recommend stepping up to our high-capacity 6275, 6350, or 6450 series systems.

BUILT FOR HARSH CONDITIONS

At the center of this configuration is a high-efficiency 130 PSI waterproof oil-less compressor running a 25% duty cycle, making it a rugged addition to engine bays or narrow frame rail gaps. The fully sealed, dust- and moisture-resistant design shields critical moving parts from road debris, deep water crossings, and thick trail mud for trouble-free execution.

LONG-TERM RELIABILITY

To maximize system longevity, the 6270 is outfited with a heavy-duty integrated check valve and a Snorkel Kit remote air intake setup. Kleinn Automotive Accessories stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship when properly installed and used under normal operating conditions, subject to the terms below.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, Kleinn Automotive Accessories products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a product is determined to have a covered warranty defect, Kleinn Automotive Accessories will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Improper installation
  • Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
  • Use outside the product's intended application or specifications
  • Modification or alteration of the product
  • Accidents or physical damage
  • Electrical damage
  • Environmental damage or exposure
  • Normal wear and tear

Kleinn Automotive Accessories is not responsible for installation or removal charges, diagnostic fees, labor costs, vehicle downtime, loss of use, or other incidental or consequential expenses associated with warranty service.

Warranty Claims

To request warranty service, email warranty@kleinn.com with the following information:

  • A copy of your original sales receipt or proof of purchase
  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • A brief description of the issue

A Kleinn representative will review your claim and may first attempt to resolve the issue through technical support.

If the product needs to be returned for inspection, Kleinn will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Products should not be returned without prior authorization.

Once received, the product will be inspected to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty. If a covered defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed, Kleinn will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component.

If inspection determines that the product does not have a covered warranty defect, the product may be returned to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
