ULTIMATE OVER-PRESSURE PROTECTION POLICY
Safeguard your heavy-duty pneumatic investment with the premium Kleinn Model 52155 Safety Relief Valve. While electronic pressure monitoring networks are designed to automatically cycle your compressor loop off at a set threshold, mechanical hardware failures can still happen. If an automated pressure control switch becomes stuck in the "ON" position, this mechanical pop-off safety valve acts as your permanent insurance policy—automatically venting storage tank air to the atmosphere the moment internal pressure hits 155 PSI, eliminating catastrophic over-pressurization risks.
THE AUDIBLE ALARM EARLY WARNING FAILSAFE
The Model 52155 is precision-engineered to double as an active acoustic diagnostic tool. If you hear this valve discharging repeated, high-pressure manual blasts of air under the chassis, it serves as an unmistakable early warning indicator that your primary pressure control framework has failed to interrupt current delivery. This immediate acoustic alarm lets you know to safely disconnect auxiliary system power and immediately replace your baseline control mechanism before expensive hardware or structural pneumatic loop lines are compromised.
THE VERDICT: The definitive safety valve for high-pressure configurations. The Model 52155 combines a reliable mechanical pop-off threshold with an audio warning capability, delivering the crucial failsafe backup your system needs to prevent dangerous over-pressurization on the highway or the trail.
The Model 52155 Safety Valve is specialized hardware optimized exclusively for systems running a 130 PSI rating framework. To prevent premature venting or system leaks, this valve should always be paired with compressors and pressure switches engineered to cut out between 130 and 135 PSI.

🔴 PRO TIP: Keep a permanent seal on your reservoir tank ports. When installing your 1/4" NPT safety valve, avoid over-torqueing into brass tank bungs to prevent stripping the threads. Always apply a few drops of liquid anaerobic thread sealant compound like our genuine Kleinn JUICE across the NPT male lead threads to block out slow, phantom pneumatic pressure drops.
