MODEL 1304: ILLUMINATED DUAL NEEDLE DASH PANEL GAUGE KIT WITH MOMENTARY PADDLE SWITCH

MULTI-ZONE PRESSURE VERIFICATION & PNEUMATIC MANUAL COMMAND

Take multi-tier control over your onboard air configuration with the premium Kleinn Model 1304 Illuminated Dual Needle Dash Panel Gauge Kit. Engineered to serve as a comprehensive monitoring station, this commercial-grade console kit features a premium dual-needle display capable of tracking two independent air zones up to 160 PSI. It provides an ideal cockpit layout for tracking secondary rear air helper springs, dual reservoirs, or tracking independent line-to-tank pressure drop-offs simultaneously from one dashboard position.

MANUAL PADDLE ACTUATION & COLOR-CODED VISIBILITY

The Model 1304 features an integrated, high-capacity pneumatic mechanical paddle valve right beside the analog dial. This heavy-duty momentary switch allows operators to manually regulate air delivery loops—such as inflating and deflating air suspension systems or venting accessories—directly from the cab without requiring secondary electronic solenoids. To deliver flawless day-and-night tracking, the internal dial features vibrant independent backlighting with distinctly color-coded needles to isolate multi-zone pressure variations instantly.

Why Choose the 1304 Dual Needle Gauge Kit?

  • 160 PSI Dual Needle Display: Provides dual-zone pressure tracking up to 160 PSI with distinct, color-coded needles to read tank and suspension channels independently.
  • Momentary Pneumatic Paddle Valve: Built-in manual rocker paddle gives precise mechanical inflation and deflation override capabilities directly from the dash panel.
  • Dual 1/4" Air Line Ports: Standardized industrial line inlets allow direct routing for clean, full-volume air monitoring back to your storage network.
  • Premium Illuminated Dial Face: Integrated internal backlighting guarantees crisp, glare-free readability during overnight highway tracking or dark trail runs.
  • Custom Under-Dash Bezel Plate: Arrives with a custom black-anodized mounting plate engineered to seat neatly beneath your dashboard cluster.

THE VERDICT: The definitive dashboard console for air suspension and multi-zone monitoring. The Model 1304 pairs color-coded dual analog verification with a reliable mechanical paddle switch to give you complete command over your vehicle's pneumatic thresholds.

What's Included in the Box

  • Dual Pressure Gauge: One (1) Kleinn 160 PSI Illuminated Dual Needle Air Pressure Gauge with distinct color-coded needles.
  • Control Hardware: One (1) Pre-fit Heavy-Duty Mechanical Momentary Inflation/Deflation Paddle Switch.
  • Mounting Plate: One (1) Custom Black-Finished Under-Dash Bracket Mounting Plate.
  • Fasteners: Complete professional-grade cockpit installation mounting hardware kit.

🔴 PRO TIP: Protect your cabin from slow pneumatic pressure drops and line binds. When running your high-pressure 1/4" feed lines forward through the firewall to connect the gauge and paddle assembly, always pass them through a thick rubber wiring grommet to eliminate metal-edge friction. Always use a dedicated pneumatic line cutter for perfectly square cuts, and apply a few drops of liquid anaerobic pipe sealant compound like our genuine Kleinn JUICE across the input brass fittings to secure a permanent, leak-free lock.
