⚠️ Critical Installation Requirements

The Model 52831 Inline Check Valve is a strictly directional pneumatic component. Incorrect orientation will entirely block air delivery from reaching your storage reservoir:

Proper Line Orientation Guideline:

  • 1/4" Female NPT Port (Inlet): Must always face toward the incoming air flow running from the air compressor discharge line.
  • 1/4" Male NPT Port (Outlet): Must always thread into or face toward the air storage tank port receiving the pressurized air.
  • Vibration Insulation: If mounting directly to a high-vibration compressor, it is highly recommended to install the valve on the downstream end of a flexible stainless steel braided leader hose to cushion the internal valve mechanism.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, Kleinn Automotive Accessories products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a product is determined to have a covered warranty defect, Kleinn Automotive Accessories will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
  • Use outside the product's intended application or specifications
  • Modification or alteration of the product
  • Accidents or physical damage
  • Electrical damage

Kleinn Automotive Accessories is not responsible for installation or removal charges, diagnostic fees, labor costs, vehicle downtime, loss of use, or other incidental or consequential expenses associated with warranty service.

Warranty Claims

To request warranty service, email warranty@kleinn.com with the following information:

  • A copy of your original sales receipt or proof of purchase
  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • A brief description of the issue

A Kleinn representative will review your claim and may first attempt to resolve the issue through technical support.

If the product needs to be returned for inspection, Kleinn will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Products should not be returned without prior authorization.

Once received, the product will be inspected to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty. If a covered defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed, Kleinn will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component.

If inspection determines that the product does not have a covered warranty defect, the product may be returned to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
